We are an internationally accredited law enforcement agency with the Commission on Law Enforcement Accreditation (CALEA) and the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA). All of our department members strive to help keep our campus safe and enhance community policing. Annual Fire Safety and Security Report

The University of Missouri Police Department (MUPD) is committed to assisting all members of the MU community in providing for their safety and security. As required by the U.S. Department of Education pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Act, our Annual Fire Safety and Security Report is available below.

If you would like to receive a paper copy, you may stop by the University Police Department at 901 Virginia Avenue or a copy may be mailed to you by calling Lt. Kevin Rodgers at (573)882-2187. The report contains information on campus security and personal safety, including crime prevention, university police law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, disciplinary procedures, fire safety, fires that occurred in residence halls, and other important matters about safety on campus. It also contains statistics for the three previous calendar years regarding reported crimes that occurred on campus, in off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
