Open House Visits

In response to COVID-19, we are limiting the number of participants for spring Meet Mizzou Days. Registration is available until capacity is reached.

Meet Mizzou Days

Meet Mizzou Days are day-long events that allow you to experience what your life will be like at Mizzou. These Friday and Saturday morning visits give you an opportunity to learn about Mizzou in a structured format, leaving the afternoon to explore our departmental fair and academic sessions.

Select the time slot you would like to register for below. The format will be the same for each session, so please select the one that best works with your schedule. Included in each itinerary is a Mizzou overview, campus tour and a complimentary lunch in a campus dining hall for all guests. Optional sessions after lunch include a departmental fair, current student panel and academic information sessions. Plan to be on campus until 4 p.m., regardless of which time slot you select.

Mizzou Overview

Get a sneak peek of what life at Mizzou is like from the perspective of a current student. One of our admissions representatives will walk you through the admission process, student-life opportunities and what the city of Columbia has to offer.

Campus Tour

Discover our 1,262-acre campus — which doubles as a botanic garden — during a walking tour with one of our current student tour guides. Get an up-close look at the historic Columns, Jesse Hall, MizzouRec, the MU Student Center, suite and community-style residence hall rooms, and much more.

Departmental Fair

Speak to faculty and staff from Mizzou’s schools and colleges to get an idea of what your academic life will be like in a particular degree program. Representatives from the MU Department of Residential Life, MU Office of Student Financial Aid and other campus offices will be on hand to answer questions about living options and amenities, and to discuss financial aid options and life outside the classroom. This is a great opportunity to get questions answered about a particular department, including the Honors College.

Complimentary Lunch

Get a taste of Mizzou dining! A complimentary lunch in a campus dining facility will be provided for all guests.

Academic Information Sessions

Learn more about select schools and colleges at academic information sessions. A listing of these sessions will be available closer to the event date.

A few weeks after you register, you will receive a confirmation packet with:

  • Check-in location
  • Parking instructions (Be sure to follow the instructions as some of our roads are closed for pedestrian campus when classes are in session)

If you did not receive a confirmation packet, or if you have any other questions, contact our office.
